In the golden autumn of 1991, at the beginning of the opening of Pudong, on the eve of Deng Xiaoping's southern tour speech, under the direct leadership of the Shanghai Foreign Investment Working Committee, the Shanghai Foreign Investment Service Center specialized in FDI consulting and agency practice came into being to welcome a new round of the arrival of the FDI wave.

In the spring of 2005, with the in-depth development of the reform and opening up process, the Shanghai Foreign Investment Service Center was restructured into Shanghai Foreign Investment Service Center Co., Ltd. in due course.

For more than 30 years, we have been committed to providing FDI with a package of services from industry docking to registration.
